The Standard at Charlottesville
The Standard at Charlottesville is a student-housing apartment building built for students that are currently enrolled at the University of Virginia. The apartments vary in size from one to four bedroom apartments. Windham Millwork was the trusted millwork provider on this project and helped bring to life the millwork in the amenity areas.
The objective of this project was to give students more room to relax and enjoy their college experience in an apartment that allocates to their educational needs. Windham Millwork has an extensive history and reputation of delivering high quality educational millwork packages that last for years.

Lounge
A large pool table is centered in the middle of the lounge. Hanging custom wood clouds manufactured and installed by Windham Millwork can be seen as students enjoy some down time.
Countertops
An angled white countertop custom made to fit the space. A built in sink, shelves and many other appliance spaces were created for this custom piece.
Reception
Column wraps and paneling was also provided by Windham Millwork, can be seen in the lobby and reception area.
Meeting Room
Custom casework and countertops are displayed in the multiple private meeting rooms for the students to enjoy.
