The Retreat at Starkville
The Retreat at Starkville offers student housing for those that are currently enrolled at Mississippi State University. The near by campus is the perfect area for a student to focus on academics while maintaining a healthy living area that offers many amenities such as a gym, pool and lounge with amble seating complete with a pool table for fun.
This project was located in Starkville, Mississippi and called for all the common millwork hospitality packages would entail. Windham Millwork helped design a cozy area for students to live, study, and enjoy their down time. We were responsible for several items on this projects including the slated seating in the common area and countertops.
Reception Desk
The reception desk was custom built to fit the lounge area on the first floor. Behind the reception desk is some signage that we also had the pleasure of working on.
Lobby
Pictured in the lobby is a slated seating booth to allow some privacy for those trying to study. Several other privacy and audio boards were created to minimize on noise.
Railing
Hand railings and returns were all done by Windham Millwork. Stretching the length of the deck and outside patio.
Lounge
A comfortable space was created in the lounge of the retreat to allow for students to easily meet and congregate.
