Saratoga Race Track 1863 Club
Saratoga Race Track in Saratoga Springs, N.Y is one of the most prolific horse racing tracks in the world. Races date as far back to its opening in 1863. Renovations and additions to keep this high quality track up to par were needed. One of the key additions that Windham Millwork worked on included the 1863 Club. A premium three-story club located at the clubhouse turn. This building consists of perfect views of the track along with a 500 seat first floor restaurant, track-side seating, luxury suites and a second floor box holders club.
The Saratoga Race Track called for a fast paced development in order to finish by the race start date of late July. Windham Millwork completed the project on budget and ahead of schedule. Allowing the New York Racing Association to showcase the new development to potential customers during race season. Some of the key items that Windham Millwork was responsible for includes the reception desks, first floor concierge desk, three bars, stone counter-tops, Mahogany handrails and wains coating, three mutual counters, lobby paneling, trim and crown work.
In conclusion, it was an honor for us to work on such a historical project. Delivering ahead of time for this fast-paced project allowing for the NYRA to showcase the new development was a crucial.
