Billy Beez
Windham Millwork was selected as the millwork provider for the Billy Beez franchise expansion project which involved multiple locations across the country.
Billy Beez is a massive play area with over 20,000 square feet of colorful playground mania. This massive play area features a lot of different aspects such as a ballistics arena, a Honey Café, rides and areas for kids to host birthday parties and eat.
The object of this franchise expansion was to create a universal look for multiple location build outs in a short period of time. Manufacturing and storing many of the same build outs well ahead of schedule, then shipping them across the country for our installation team to handle the rest.
The scope of the work included signage, reception desks, POS stations, curved countertops, millwork, seating areas, wall paneling and slat display board for retail products. The object of this franchise expansion was to create a universal look for multiple location build outs in a short period of time. Manufacturing and storing many of the same build outs well ahead of schedule, then shipping them across the country for our installation team to handle the rest.
Windham Millwork was able to showcase its value within the design and engineering department to help ownership with the unique custom millwork pieces that fit the Billy Beez theme perfectly.
Countertops
Various colored countertops were used for this project. The bathroom countertops were a bright orange, giving the fun bright atmosphere for children to enjoy. Multiple colors of laminate are seen throughout Billy Beez.
Reception Desk
A thirty foot decorative orange laminated reception desk is centered in the lobby. Windham Millwork also provided the custom leaf enclosure for the monitors that sit behind the desk. These two leafs were massive in size and had easy accessibility for electricians.
Seating
Custom circular seating manufactured by Windham Millwork sit in the lobby of a Billy Beez location with the Honey Cafe in the background. WM was responsible for the upholstery of the curved seating as well.
Multiple Locations
Windham Millwork was a part of Billy Beez expansion into the United States. Working closely with ownership to help design and plan the rollout. Billy Beez has several locations throughout the United States from New York to Georgia and out west in California.
