Windham Millwork believes our Project Management Team sets the highest standards in the custom millwork industry. Our dedicated team partners with pre-construction and job-site management are there to monitor progress and any potential impact on our work.
In addition to identifying risks and obstacles, we cultivate relationships with other impact trades as a key element to our team-build philosophy. It is always our objective to meet or exceed scheduled manufacturing and installation obligations regardless of the size of the project.

Each project has an experienced Project Manager to monitor control issues, project scope, budgets, logistics, safety regulations, material logistics, and coordination with other stakeholders and vendors.
Our architectural millwork Project Managers are responsible for managing custom projects from initiation to installation and post-contract administration. They do this while ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards. Our team has extensive experience in skills such as field measurements, reviewing shop drawings, and other Project Management skills from hand-off to project completion.
